3 Students shot dead in Khagrachhari

Khagrachhari: Three local students were shot and wounded, as criminals in the hostel Student?s Shantipur village of Dighinala Upazila early Sunday opened fire on them.

The injured were rubles Chakma, 16, students of the Dighinala Government high school, Konakjat Chakma, student of Marung high school and Polash Chakma, a student of Chhoto Marung high school identified.

United Democratic Front (UPDF), People?s an anti peace treaty outfit, had supported the students of hostel for a long time.

UPDF and local claims the activists of the Parbatya second Jana Sanghati Samity (PCJSS) sprayed bullets at the students of hostel at about 03, leaving the three students injured.

You injured Dighinala Upazila health of complex and later moved Khagrachhari hospital for better treatment approved.
