BERDYCH battles into Bangkok final with Simon defeat

BANGKOK, Sept 28 (AFP): Fought top seeded Tomas Berdych for nearly three hours before finally Frenchman Gilles Simon beat 6-7 (5/7), 6-2, 7-5 Saturday in the final of the Thailand open.
